Protect against the harmful effects of Limescale.
If you live in a hard water area you will have experienced problems with limescale damaging your appliances and affecting their efficiency, the solution is here!

Limescale deposits form in hard water areas wherever water is heated up unless some sort of protection is applied. Limescale has a drastic effect on the efficiency and lifespan of appliances throughout the home. Your kettle will need de-scaling regularly, your shower head will become blocked, deposits are left in washing machines and dishwashers and your pipes become clogged up with limescale.
We have four products specifically developed for the battle against limescale deposits. From single appliance solutions to whole house protection systems.

AQUA-care is designed to protect your whole house from limescale damage. It works by passing the water through crystals to eliminate limescale. The crystals in AQUA-care are food-grade polyphosphates, linked to a proportional dosing system to give maximum cartridge life. AQUA-care is easy to fit to standard 15mm pipework and is fully compliant with the EC Drinking Water Directive 80/778. Internal crystals need refilling approx every 6 months, very simple to refill.

CombiGuard & AquaDial Refills:
The polyphosphate ingredient is totally safe for use in domestic supply water. Prevents scale formation on all critical heat surfaces Lasts 12 months between cartridge changes Cartridge change indicator. Limescale build-up can significantly reduce central heating system and appliance efficiency. Scale build up of just 1.6mm requires almost 12% extra energy to heat the same amount of water. This extra energy usage translates into more expensive bills. Sentinel CombiGuard proportionally blends a minute amount AquaDial Delivery period: 3-5 working day(s)

Condensafe+ Refill: Condensafe+ is an in-line unit which neutralises the acidic waste from condensing boilers. The device:
The unit’s neutralisation media is contained in its own special bag which should be extracted and replaced via a screw cap access point at the top of the unit. This makes the process quick and easy and means that, unlike some other products, it is not necessary to replace the entire unit to ensure ongoing neutralisation, reducing maintenance costs.
When should I replace the neutralisation media? This should be done once a year, during your annual boiler service.
Why do I need a Condensafe+? In condensing boilers, the hot flue gases are used to pre-heat the water in the boiler, instead of simply being exhausted through the flue as waste heat. This improves the efficiency of the boiler, but forms an acidic condensate which is often simply discharged into the normal domestic drain. The average domestic condensing boiler can produce 800 litres of acid per year at about pH 4.0. Guidance in many countries requires that effluent is discharged to municipal sewers and water courses at between pH 6.5 and pH 10.0. This protects micro-organisms used in the biological purification processes in the septic tank or in the local water treatment plant. It also lessens damage to the infrastructure of the drainage system and helps to protect the environment as a whole. The effects of acidic condensate discharge are usually overlooked, an issue addressed with Condensafe+. Delivery period: 3-5 working day(s)
